Adolescent Parenting Program 

Are you a pregnant or parenting teen? APP is here to help. Our caring, nonjudgmental staff is available to help you transition into parenthood.

The APP program provides adolescent parents with intensive family centered services aimed at preventing further pregnancies, improving parenting skills, building confidence, completing your education, and preparing for employment.


  • Must be 19 years of age or younger

  • Pregnant or parenting and willing to postpone another adolescent pregnancy

  • Presently enrolled in school (middle school, high school, GED, etc.) or wants to return to school or interested in obtaining their GED

Services Provided

  • Case Management Services

  • Transportation assistance to medical, DSS, or WIC appointments

  • Monthly home, office, or school visits

  • Monthly group meetings

  • Resource referrals

  • Education: Love Notes, Baby Care, Budgeting, Car Seat Safety, Safe Sleep, Shaken Baby, Birth to 5 years old

  • Incentive Program offering rewards such as diapers, wipes, and educational toys and books for participating
