The department promotes the well-being of citizens through social work services to strengthen families, protective services to prevent or remedy abuse, neglect or exploitation of vulnerable children and disabled or elderly adults.

OCPC believes that investing wisely in children and families prepares the next generation for a lifetime of productivity and responsible citizenship.

We support community programs and initiatives that help those in need and also prevent problems from happening in the first place.
