A native of Onslow County, he has been dedicated to community service since 2017. As a re-founding member of the Jacksonville Jaycees chapter, he served as Chapter Secretary for seven years and currently serves as Chapter President. At the state level, he has contributed as East Regional Director and now holds the position of Vice President of Membership for the NC State Jaycees.

His commitment to community extends to his faith, actively participating in Infant of Prague Catholic Church, serving on the Parish Council from 2021 to 2023, and chairing the council in 2022 and 2023. In 2020, he joined the Boys and Girls Home of NC in Lake Waccamaw as a board trustee, and in 2023, he served as President of the Onslow County Fair Association.

Alongside his siblings, he continues to uphold the tradition of excellence in their family’s third-generation automotive business in Jacksonville.

Mandy has called Jacksonville home for 29 years. She is married and has two children, and she enjoys spending time at the beach and getting lost in a good book. With five years of experience working with children, Mandy is passionate about supporting their growth and development. She believes in the importance of community in raising children and is grateful to be part of the families she works with, guiding them as they grow, play, and reach their milestones.

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, she moved to North Carolina six years ago to be closer to her grandchildren. She is a proud grandmother to two beautiful, sweet angels who inspire her every day. She became involved with PEERS Plus because she believes strongly in the organization’s mission and wants to be part of the change—not just the conversation.
