Kiwanis of Onslow County is excited to enter the third year of this amazing service project with a mission to bring awareness to the risk factors of co-sleeping (bed sharing) and other unsafe sleep practices involving infants and young children.
Did you know that co-sleeping is one of the leading causes of death of infants in our local community, in the state of North Carolina and in our nation? It is critical for our local agencies providing parenting guidance and support to be prepared with adequate resources to prevent unsafe sleep practices.
